The land encompassing Prospect Place Pemberton is identified within the Village of Pemberton Official Community Plan as Residential Zoning.

Our proposal contemplates a mix of 3 Bedroom + Den, 3 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom units, all to be built to the highest Step Code energy efficiency standards. Features include modern spacious kitchens and bathrooms with a contemporary flair, garages ready for EV chargers and ample in-unit storage.

Prospect Place Pemberton’s application was submitted in March 2023 and is awaiting approval.

The Village of Pemberton confirmed the application is complete on June 8, 2023. We are now entering the referral and community engagement stages of the approval process.
